Our Alumni was inaugurated on Saturday, the 25th February 2012 at Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts & Science College for Women. There was a huge turnout of 400 old students, the retired and present teachers. The entire auditorium had the festive look and jubilation everywhere. The Chief Guest was dynamic and enterprising Mrs. Indira Dutt, JMD, the KCP Ltd., inaugurated the association and launched the website. Renowned Novelist and Columnist, Mrs. Malathi Chendur, the Chief Guest of honor released the souvenir. All the old teachers were thanked and appreciated. Few old teachers were honored. The Six gems of the old students were honored and the rest to be honored in the subsequent years. The veena recital of Mrs. Padmalatha was soulful and soothing to the ears. The school students performed folk dances and in the end all the alumni members joined together and had fun on stage.
