Prathibha 2015

Celebration of talents and old students reunion was held on Saturday, 24th February 2015 at PRCC Centenary hall, T.Nagar from 10am to 5pm. The hief Guests were Dr. Nagasuri Venugopal, Incharge All India Radio Telugu Division and Vn. Nama Sathish Kumar District Governor, Vasavi International V502A inaugurated the event at 10am. The President Mrs. Sujatha Ramesh Babu welcomed the gathering, Secretary Mrs. Mallikaa Keshab Chander Presented the secretary report and Joint Secretary Mrs. Bhanu Subramaniam delivered the vote of thanks. The Chief Guest enthralled the audience with their humor and persona.

Vanitha Kishoram the women extraordinaire awards for their phenomenal service to the society and education were awarded to Majestic Meera Sekar and Marvelous mohana shree. This year we have acknowledged and honored seven senior most students of the school. Mrs. Lalitha Sidhakar, Mrs. Ega Indhumathi, Mrs. Pappisetty Padmavathy, Mrs. Janaki Dwaraknath and Mrs. Pathanjali with Septuagenarian award.

The alumni acknowledged and thanked the three retired teachers, Mrs. Prabhavathy, Mrs. Bhanumathi and Mrs. Sathyavalli for their Selfless work of teaching and eight present teachers were awarded Best Teacher Mrs. Chenchulakshmi, Mrs. Chukka Revathi, Mrs. Anila, Mrs.S.P.Padmasri, Mrs. Revathi Bala, Mrs. Rajeswari, Mrs. Madhavi Latha, Mrs. Sathyavani with momentous and gifts. February 14th being the Valentines day, the teacher’s and guests were bought to stage and made to play a game to showcase their understanding and coordination. Everybody participated enthusiastically and the audience enjoyed it. There were lot of fun events for the students on and off stage like katha kaalakshpem, Debate, Cookery Competition sponsored by Nestle India, Best out of waste, last but not the least brides of India. There was a ramp walk by the committee members who wore jewellery from malabar gold which was a highlight, members and students participated in all events.

The Spot prizes were a hot favorite with the gathering. There was a tambola with the valentine theme which was a huge hit with the audience. The stalls and eatery gave a rich ambiance for the event and the crowd enjoyed everything.

The Programme ended with the group dance by the committee members which showed their team spirit. Alumni sincerely thanked all its donors, Sponsors and Advertises, Old students, Present Students, Management and Staff of KTCT Girls Higher Secondary School, the staff and Management of SKPD trust and general public and look forward to their continued patronage.
