Our Children’s Day and teachers day celebration took place in our school auditorium on, Wednesday 9th November 2016 at 10am. It was a gala function the children of our school entertained us by displaying their different talents. All of us were dumbstruck.
We were received by our ever smiling H.M Padmavathy garu. Alumni conducted various competitions like: elocution, candle making and napkin folding for our school children. We were really happy to see these children’s talent. There were performing like real professionals.
The topic for Elocution “Who is the best politician Male or Female”. It was very interesting to know the viewpoints of these children, they could easily quote so many points instantly.
Our committee members conducted many games for our school teachers. All of them participated with a lot of enthusiasm, they were very happy to participate, The prizes were distributed to winners. Every year our alumni adopts deserving children from our school for a year.
Which is called Project “Ballika”. This year also Project Ballika took place during our Children’s Day Celebrations.
After School Snacks is another permanent project of our alumni Special classes are conducted for the students of 10th and 12th after school hours, before annual examination. These snacks are provided to the students. This year our alumni also sponsored Rs.15000 for the same at KTCT Girls Higher Secondary School auditorium during Children’s Day and Teacher’s Day Celebration.
All the school children were given snacks and pen after children’s day and teachers day celebrations. The pens were sponsored by our committee member Mrs. Padmavathi.
